Patio area development

To the south of the building is a flat area that will contain a park-like area with a patio and lots of greenery. During the course of construction, this area has been a staging area for construction trailers, machinery, sewer and water pipe installation and much more. With most of the major work done, the area is getting prepared for the installation of the patio and other fixtures such as lamps. This means removing sections of dirt and re-leveling the area.
