Final shotcrete application

The opening on all the floors where the man lift was located until two weeks ago is already starting to be filled in with rebar and shotcrete. Like previous installs of shotcrete (2/13/2013, 8/6/2013) this involved installing rebar and then pumping concrete under high pressure so that it can get “shot” into the forms on four levels.

Thanks for the frequent updates. Great to see the ins and outs of the building as it progresses towards completion. Especially appreciate the views inside and of the patio; fantastic that there will be a little more green space on campus. Keep it up, and thanks again.

Also…can you elaborate on what’s being done to the Financial Services building next door to the patio — just painting or bricking up the facade — which is what they did to that science hall by the Tutor Center? Thanks!
